Questions
Do I need Clover?
No. Orders go straight into Clover if you use it. With any other register, or none, they appear on your Live Board screen and in your email, and your staff ring them in as usual.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward calls to us: all of them, after hours only, or just the ones you can't pick up.
What if a caller wants a real person?
The assistant transfers them to your phone right away. Emergencies (gas, carbon monoxide, flooding) get the safety step first, then go straight to you.
Will it quote prices or promise times?
Restaurants: only your real menu prices. Home services: never. It says a technician gives pricing after seeing the job, and books arrival windows only if you turn that on.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime. Pay yearly and get two months free.
What happens to my customers' information?
It's used only to handle the call and is visible only to you in your dashboard. We never sell it or take card payments over the phone.
