Do I have to change my number?
No. You forward calls to us: all of them, after hours, or only the ones you don't pick up. With ring me first, your phone rings before the assistant answers.
What does it do with emergencies?
It asks, then decides from the facts. Gas, carbon monoxide, fire or someone hurt: it tells the caller to get out and call 911, and alerts your on-call tech. Flooding or no heat with a baby in the house: it takes the details and transfers the call to your on-call phone.
